1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing qkausa.store, purchasing our products, or using our services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2) Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and cookie practices.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase, or use the Service with a parent/guardian.
4) Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5) Orders, Pricing & Payment
- We may refuse or cancel an order (availability, errors, suspected fraud).
- Prices, discounts, and availability may change without notice.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order.
- Taxes (sales/VAT/GST) are calculated per destination and local law.
6) Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss transfer as permitted by law when the order is delivered to the carrier or to your address (varies by jurisdiction). Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

See our Return & Refund Policy. We offer 30-day returns and free return shipping on eligible returns in US/UK/CA/AU/NZ as detailed there.
8) Product Information; Not Medical Advice
Our products are consumer beauty/personal-care devices and are not medical devices. Follow all manuals and safety guidance. Results vary by individual and use.
9) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gifts
Promotions/codes are subject to terms and may not be combined unless stated. Bundles and free gifts must be returned to receive a full refund unless otherwise required by law.
10) Gift Cards (if offered)
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Treat them like cash.
11) Intellectual Property
All content on the Service is owned by Qkausa or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without permission. Qkausa and related marks are trademarks of Qkausa.
12) User Content (e.g., reviews)
By submitting content, you grant Qkausa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Service and marketing. You warrant you own or control the rights and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
13) Prohibited Uses
- Violating laws or rights;
- Uploading malware or interfering with security;
- Fraud, false reviews, spam;
- Resale/export in violation of regulations;
- Any activity that disrupts the Service.
14) Third-Party Services & Links
Third-party services (e.g., Shopify, payment gateways, carriers) are governed by their own terms/privacy. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
15) International Buyers
You may be the importer of record and responsible for VAT/GST/duties unless collected at checkout. Customs delays are outside our control.
16) Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing here limits warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qkausa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qkausa from claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
19) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable federal law. Before filing a claim, contact support@qkausa.store for informal resolution.
Binding arbitration & class-action waiver: Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. No class or representative actions. Arbitration may be conducted remotely unless agreed otherwise.
Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing legal@qkausa.store with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”. Small-claims actions may be brought individually. Either party may seek injunctive relief for IP/security misuse.
Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act).
20) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
21) Miscellaneous
- Severability; No waiver; Assignment; Force majeure.
- These Terms and the Policies are the entire agreement between you and Qkausa.
