Shipping Policy

1) Processing & Cut-off
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US federal holidays).
- Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT process the same business day; after 2:00 PM MT process the next business day.
- We do not process or ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your parcel ships.
2) Shipping Speed & Cost
- Free Shipping on all orders (no minimum).
- Standard delivery after dispatch: US/UK/CA 7–15 business days; AU/NZ 8–18 business days.
- We do not currently offer expedited or weekend delivery services.
- Timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak seasons.
3) Service Regions & Transit Notes
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
United States
Contiguous US (lower 48): 7–15 business days.
Alaska/Hawaii/US territories & PO Boxes: may add +2–5 business days (USPS used where applicable).
United Kingdom
Mainland UK: 7–15 business days.
Remote areas/Highlands/Islands: may add +2–5 business days.
Canada
Major provinces: 7–15 business days.
Territories (YT/NT/NU) & remote areas: may add +2–5 business days.
Australia
Metro/most states: 8–18 business days.
Remote WA/NT & PO Boxes: may add +2–5 business days (Australia Post where applicable).
New Zealand
Metro: 8–18 business days.
Rural delivery (RD): may add +2–5 business days.

4) Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after label creation.
5) Address Accuracy & Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- To request a change, email support@qkausa.store within 1 hour of ordering (include Order #).
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement/refund.
6) PO Boxes & Remote Areas
- We can ship to PO Boxes in select regions via postal carriers; delivery may take longer.
- Remote/rural addresses may add +2–5 business days to the estimates above.
7) Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Parcels
- If a parcel is returned as undeliverable/refused, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Additional reship fees may apply if the original address was inaccurate.
8) Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after dispatch, contact us at support@qkausa.store.
- Lost-in-transit claims must be filed within 30 days of the ship date.
9) Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International)
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders ship DAP/DDU (duties & taxes unpaid). Import VAT/GST and duties may be collected by the carrier on delivery per your country’s rules.
10) Pre-orders & Split Shipments
- Pre-orders ship based on the estimated window shown on the product page.
- Items may ship separately at no extra cost to speed delivery.
11) Free Returns (Summary)
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is free for eligible orders in the US, UK, CA, AU, and NZ. A prepaid return label is included in the package. If a label cannot be provided for your location, we will reimburse the standard tracked postage upon receiving a valid receipt.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return.
