Return & Refund Policy

1) Overview

We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Qkausa.

2) Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals included.
  • For hygiene-related components that contact skin, returns are accepted only if unopened/unused unless defective.

3) Eligibility (What’s returnable)

  • Unused items in sellable condition
  • Defective/Damaged on arrival (DOA)
  • Wrong item received

4) Not Returnable

  • Opened/used hygiene components (unless defective)
  • Gift cards, downloadable content
  • Final sale/clearance items marked non-returnable
  • Items without an approved RMA or outside the 30-day window

5) How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email support@qkausa.store with your Order #, reason, and photos/video (for damaged/defective).
  2. Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA and the correct return address (do not ship to our registered office).
  3. We provide a prepaid, trackable return label for US/UK/CA/AU/NZ orders. If a prepaid label isn’t available for your location, we will reimburse standard tracked postage with a valid receipt.
  4. Ship within 14 days of RMA approval and include all accessories/free gifts/bundle items.

6) Return Shipping Cost (Who pays) — Free

  • All eligible returns within 30 days: Free return shipping via our prepaid label or reimbursement of standard tracked postage (with receipt) if a label cannot be issued.
  • Original outbound shipping fees (if any upgrades were paid) are non-refundable.

7) Exchanges

Fastest: place a new order and return the original for a refund. For defective items, we can exchange after inspection at no extra cost.

8) Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Allow 3–5 business days for inspection after the return arrives and 5–10 business days for your bank/issuer to post the refund.
  • Government-collected duties/taxes are not refundable by Qkausa (see International section).

9) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Contact support@qkausa.store within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review—no return fee for confirmed cases.

10) International Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders ship DAP/DDU (duties & taxes unpaid). Your carrier/local authority may collect VAT/GST/duties on delivery.

If we collect VAT/GST at checkout, you’ll see a tax line item and no additional tax should be due on delivery (duties may still apply depending on value/category). Customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify as late delivery.

11) Bundles, Gifts & Missing Parts

  • Bundles/sets must be returned complete.
  • Free gifts must be included or their value may be deducted.
  • Missing accessory? We can ship the part after verification.

12) Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be cancelled/edited within 1 hour when possible. After fulfillment, please follow the Return process.

13) Lost or Delayed Returns

If your return tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us with the tracking number. If you used our prepaid label, we’ll manage the carrier claim; if you self-ship (with our approval), keep your receipt and tracking for reimbursement.

14) Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable consumer laws (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and relevant US/Canadian laws).
